Our Return Policy
At ID Blingz, we stand behind every product we sell. A full cash refund will be issued for all orders cancelled within 3 days of placement and for all backordered items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days and we'll replace it or you receive credit toward a future ID Blingz purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition. Include a copy of the invoice and, to help us serve you better, indicate on the back of the invoice the reason you are returning the item(s) (i.e.: incorrect item or did not fit).

To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact customer service at 800.588.3315 to receive an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Note: all returns must have an RMA to get processed.
2. Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package
3. Include a copy of your invoice in your shipment
4. We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number to:

Shipping & Delivery
We ship via USPS and FED EX at a flat rate of $6.95 for United Sates and $10.95 for Canada and Caribean islands. We ship five days after payment is received.
